Library counts no less that 20 000 formulas developed through company history, mostly sweet flavours under liquid form. Compliance to EEC standards 1334 – 2008 and 1969 – 2011 is mandatoty for our flavourist, whatever country the compound is exported to, and in addition of compliance with the local FDA rules.

Creation process starts by a customer brief. Flavorists, chemists, and regulatory experts work together to the creation fitting the customer request, and complying with European and national FDA requirements. After lab tests in Versailles, a sample is submitted to customer. If customer agree, then pilot tests are undertaken locally, streamline, with our flavorists experts.
