FRUITAFLOR compounds are manufactured in a new plant in Barcelona since 2010. The facility, covering no less than 20 000 sq M is classified Seveso 2, and certified ISO 9001/2008 since 2007 by TUV Rheinland. Fragrances compounds are produced in a dedicated area by 2 ROXANE automatic lines, covering 1 kg to 5 tons lots. Fragrances compounds are located in a separate area, HACCP compliant.

In both areas, all weights are traced by bar code, ensuring full traceability of all our output.

Double quality control is operated: upstream on raw materials, when entering warehousing area; downstream for compounded products, with final GCMS checking to formula requirements, and EEC regulations on Flavors & Fragrances. Samples of production compounds are kept for 2 years, fitting the expiry DLUO limits.

All products are delivered with standards MSDS and TDS.
